Patterns in Chemistry

Mandelbulb 3D, Un-Retouched

The fun thing about working in Mandelbulb has to be the graduation (or is it actually a demotion?) to chemistry. With Apophysis, no matter what I did, most of my fractal work appeared to be something you’d see under a microscope and wiggling about in a solution.

With Mandelbulb? It’s more something you’d find under an electron microscope.

It’s times like this, I feel it’s fun being a Mad Scientist…
